Lindale Park
The Hidden Jewel of the inner-loop, Lindale Park is located just east of I-45 and five minutes north of Downtown Houston. As one of Houston’s most historic neighborhoods, Lindale Park dates back to 1937 when it was developed next to the then Lindale Park Golf Course. Following World War II, Lindale Park expanded, replacing the golf course and establishing itself as one of the premier neighborhoods.
Lindale Park is one of the few deed-restricted neighborhoods, allowing it to maintain its authentic aesthetic, large lots, and wide streets. It is also home to a number of exciting, up-and-coming businesses, as well as established neighborhood favorites.
